Karmavida Retreat Venue

We run yoga retreats (Elevate Yoga Retreats) and have hosted 2 retreats already at Karmavida and are running a 3rd in September this year! We can’t rate this venue enough, it is just fabulous. Located in the most idyllic and scenic spot, the mountain facing shala is a real hit with guests. Tessa and Paul are amazing and are so helpful with anything and everything from knowing the best local spots to help around the villa and all those little retreat details that make the week a success…they have got it covered! The place has been created with love and you can feel it! All the details make it a super special place and we have had some magical weeks with our guests here! If you are looking for a space to hold your retreat, look no further, this place has it all! Pool, hot tub,outdoor cinema, aerial yoga, indoor and outdoor space and right in the middle of nature. Worth every 5 star!

Karmavida retreat space. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Tessa & Paul made the planning process feel effortless. They were incredibly supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making my first ever yoga retreat a success. Communication before, during, and after the event was outstanding. Every question was answered quickly, everything was exceptionally well organized, and I always felt supported throughout the whole process of organising my first yoga retreat abroad. The planning tools and resources Tessa and Paul provided were excellent and made organizing the retreat so much easier as a first timer. I was also given helpful recommendations and contacts whenever I needed them, which took a lot of stress out of the planning airport transfers, activities and catering services. The venue itself is simply breathtaking. The accommodation was comfortable, peaceful, and provided the perfect setting for a yoga retreat. The yoga shala, with its stunning views across the valley and the mountains beyond, was truly unforgettable and made every practice feel incredibly special. The swimming pool, hot tub, meditation spaces, and beautifully maintained grounds all created an atmosphere of complete relaxation and wellbeing. Every aspect of the venue has been thoughtfully designed with retreats in mind, making it the ideal place to disconnect, recharge, and immerse yourself in the experience. Overall, working with Tessa & Paul was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality exceeded every expectation. I loved this retreat so much that I’ve already booked to return next year, which says everything about my experience. I co-hosted a 5-day retreat at Karmavida in May 2026. Tessa is a gem - all the communications before and during the retreat were super and the library of venue photos and videos available really helped us with the marketing. The venue itself is fantastic and the location is unbeatable - just 10 minutes from the coast while feeling like you're hidden away in a secluded spot in the mountains. Our retreat was a success and we will repeat again next year!
