I have been a mental health therapist for over thirty years. Along the way I did training in Mind/Body Medicine at the Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute and I am the past the Director of Mind/Body Wellness Education at The Univeristy of Virginia Medical Center. I have designed and delivered wellness programs for such acclaimed wellness resorts as the Golden Door, Four Seasons and One & Only. I am passionate about helping people discover their own path and practice to live with greater inner peace and connection to their inner wisdom. As one of the US's first Certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapists, my training included studying with lead researchers at John's Hopkins, NYU and the London Imperial College. Psilocybin, when used in conjunction with skilled therapy, is a wise and powerful teacher that can help heal souls and enhance lives.
