Founding Growth Partner

Omtrips is a global marketplace for wellness travel: retreats, resorts, stays, studios, jobs and travel buddies, all in one place. The platform is live, self-funded and AI-native. Now we need to get it in front of the world. I’m looking for a growth co-founder who lives where wellness and future tech meet. This starts part-time, with real equity and room to grow into a full-time role as we raise. Good people come first. If you’d also like to invest in marketing, even better, but it’s not required. What you’ll do: -Ideate and execute growth strategies that bring hosts, travelers and business to Omtrips -Build partnerships with facilitators, creators, festivals, brands and wellness communities -Use AI and automation to grow faster -Spot what’s next in wellness and tech, and get Omtrips there first -Grow our audience through social, content, SEO and the Omtrips Weekly newsletter You might be a fit if you: -Are well connected in the wellness, retreat or travel world -Are fluent in modern tech and good with start-ups -Have grown a community, brand or product from early days -Can talk to a yoga teacher, resort owner or wellness brand partner in the same afternoon -Want real ownership: equity and a say in where we go About me I’m Karen, founder of Omtrips and a Principal Product Designer with 14+ years building complex platforms.
